13-week Spring term, beginning Jan 9th (no class half term week) £13.50/class Using core Pilates repertoire, classes also combine functional strength, flexibility and breathing techniques. Exercises will be presented with beginner to advanced options to meet each clients need with individual modifications given for injury. (Beginners Welcome) Drop-in Rate £16.
