In order to effectively process credit or debit card transactions it may be necessary for the bank or card processing agency to verify your personal details for authorisation outside the European Economic Area (EEA). Such information will not be transferred out of the EEA for any other purpose
Precise Pilates does not have access or visibility of any financial account information that you provide via our website booking system.

Our website host, Wix, can store site-visitors' data in a number of locations.

Site-visitors ́ personal information may be stored in data centres located in the United States of America, Ireland, South Korea, Taiwan and Israel. They may use other jurisdictions as necessary for the proper delivery of their services and/or as may be required by law.

Membership

By signing the waiver when you become a Precise Pilates member you are agreeing to Precise Pilates holding personal data about you via our website/online booking system.
By entering into this agreement, you agree to receive email notifications confirming information on your purchases, bookings, class reminders, pass expirations and cancellations.
When you sign up to become a member at Precise Pilates, you need to actively opt in to receive our newsletter and promotions. You may request to opt out at any time by emailing us at info@precise-pilates.com.

Recorded data which allows our website to recognise you and your preferred settings (cookies), preventing you from needing to provide information on subsequent visits to the site.
